Warranty disclaimer
Exactly where warranty responsibility sits when you buy through Sasta Inverter.
Who provides the warranty
Product warranties come from the product's brand or the selling shop, under their own stated policy. Each product page on Sasta Inverter shows the warranty information listed for that product so you can compare before buying.
Sasta Inverter displays this information but does not provide, extend or back any warranty itself. The platform is a marketplace — the warranty commitment belongs to the brand or seller named with the offer.
What Sasta Inverter does not guarantee
The platform does not guarantee warranty outcomes, claim approvals, repair times or replacement availability. It also does not guarantee product performance, safety certifications or installation quality — those remain the responsibility of the brand, the seller and the independent installer you choose.
Warranty claims are not automated on Sasta Inverter. There is no self-serve warranty-claim feature in this phase; claims are handled with the brand or seller under their own process.
Before you rely on a warranty
Read the warranty details shown on the product page and keep your order record, invoice and any warranty card safe after delivery. Confirm whether the warranty comes from the brand or the seller, what it covers and for how long — before you buy, not after something goes wrong.
If warranty information on a listing is missing or unclear, treat that as a question to resolve with the seller before ordering, not as coverage.
For returns of delivered orders, read the Returns Policy. Common warranty questions are also answered in the FAQ.
