Returns policy
Straight answers about returning cash-on-delivery orders — including what is not automated yet.
One platform policy, not per-seller terms
Returns on marketplace orders follow Sasta Inverter's platform Returns Policy — not each seller's own shop terms. This keeps the rules the same no matter which seller you buy from.
How returns work today
Self-serve returns are not built yet: you cannot start a return from your account in this phase, and no automated return or refund workflow is running. If a delivered item is damaged, wrong or faulty, raise it through the platform's support channels as they come online — the contact page shows the current status.
Because the process is manual right now, this page does not state a fixed return window or guaranteed eligibility. A standard return window with clear rules will be published here before automated returns launch.
How COD refunds are paid
Cash-on-delivery orders are paid in cash, so refunds cannot go back to a card. When a refund is approved, it is returned through a bank transfer, a mobile wallet such as Easypaisa or JazzCash, or a manual arrangement — and it is recorded against your order.
A refund is only possible after the returned item is received and checked. Approval is not automatic, and this page does not guarantee a refund outcome for any specific case.
If something goes wrong
If you and a seller disagree about an order — for example a damaged item — the order can be marked as disputed. A disputed order pauses the seller's payout for it until the platform's team reviews and resolves the case. Dispute resolution is handled by people, not an automated system.
For delivery expectations before an order arrives, read the Shipping Policy. For warranty boundaries, see the Warranty Disclaimer.
