How delivery works

Orders on Sasta Inverter are fulfilled and delivered by the seller whose offer you bought. One order can contain items from different sellers; each seller delivers their own items, so a single order may arrive in more than one delivery.

Coverage depends on where sellers operate. The cities a seller serves are shown with their offers, and your saved delivery address is checked again when you submit an order.

Delivery fee

In this first phase, there is no delivery fee on orders — the delivery cost is absorbed by the seller or the platform. If a paid delivery option is ever introduced, it will be shown clearly before you confirm an order, never added afterwards.

Delivery time

Sasta Inverter does not promise fixed delivery times. Actual timing depends on the seller, your city and the courier involved. You can follow each order's status from your account as sellers update it.

Cash on delivery

Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the rider in cash when your order arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready and check the package at handover. A maximum order total applies to cash-on-delivery orders.

If a delivery fails

If you cannot be reached at your delivery address or a delivery is refused at the door, the item is marked as a failed delivery and cancelled, and its stock is returned to the seller's inventory. Repeated failed deliveries may affect the ability to place cash-on-delivery orders.
